Historical Tagging

We drove through the Petrified Forest on our way back from a trip to New Mexico. I took these shots with a Nikon S710 (cheap point-n-shoot). These petroglyphs are at Newspaper Rock in the Petrified Forest.

At about 100 feet away, I was zoomed out all the way for both of these photos. I've also cropped them so you don't have to look for the ancient art. Click on either pic to make for biggerness.

Two things we can learn from this. One, taggers have been around forever. Two, modern aerosol-based tagging is more ephemeral than the old ways.
